Our fees are simple and transparent — a consignment fee is only applied once your item sells. There are no upfront costs or hidden charges. You pick the prices of your consignments. We support as needed.
It’s designed to be seamless: Submit your One Piece cards, packs, or boxes using the submission form, along with a complete item list. Receive shipping instructions details after you submit our form. Ship your items to the 321 Piece Vault. Once your package arrives, we’ll send you a confirmation email within two business days that your collectibles are safely logged into our system. From there, we handle the entire selling process from start to finish. Marketing, fulfillment, and payouts to you.
After submitting your consignment submission form, you’re ready to ship. Send your collectibles directly to the 321Piece Vault, where they’ll be securely stored until sale.
We take care of everything — from professional listing and authentication to marketing and negotiation. Your items are presented to the right buyers to maximize exposure and value.
Payouts are processed every Friday. Once your items sell, your payout will be paid out the very next Friday.
Leave them listed until sold, adjust prices, ship them back or provide further options for you at that time. We ask that you give them 45 business days with us. 3% Withdrawal fee if pulled before 45 business days.
