321piece operates as a fixed-price consignment marketplace. We act as an intermediary between consignors (“Sellers”) and buyers (“Buyers”). Unless otherwise stated, 321piece does not take ownership of consigned items prior to sale.
By submitting an item for consignment, Seller represents and warrants that:
Seller agrees to the published commission rate at the time of listing. Commission is calculated based on the final sale price.

Seller is responsible for properly packaging and insuring items shipped to 321piece. 321piece is not liable for items lost or damaged prior to receipt.
Items received will be handled with reasonable care and stored securely. However, 321piece is not liable for loss or damage caused by force majeure events, carrier errors, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Seller may request return of unsold items. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the Seller.
Final listing prices are agreed upon prior to listing. 321piece will not sell below agreed price without Seller approval.
All items are sold at fixed prices listed on the Website.
All purchases include a 5% buyer premium, which is incorporated into the final checkout price.
Full payment is required at time of purchase. Orders are not considered complete until payment has successfully cleared.
Due to the collectible nature of graded trading cards and sealed products, all sales are final unless the item is materially misrepresented.
Graded items are sold based on third-party grading company assessment (PSA, BGS, CGC, etc.). 321piece does not re-grade certified slabs.
Orders are shipped insured. Risk transfers to Buyer upon confirmed carrier delivery.
321piece shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in dispute.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Texas.
321piece reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
